It is situated only a short walk from marshes, beaches and is on the norfolk coastal path. Thornham is a small village on the main coast road, close to brancaster and the well known town of burnham market. downstairs a split level kitchen/diner which is extensively equipped with an electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area seats six, with views out to the garden. A separate utility room, ideal for boots, waterproofs and golf clubs gives access to the garden and is the owners preferred place for a dog to sleep. The comfortable, spacious sitting room has an large open fireplace, beamed ceiling and plenty of room for 5 adults. A feature stairway leads to the first floor. upstairs the double room with built in wardrobes has an en suite shower, w.C. And basin. A twin room also has a built in wardrobe, the single room has a pull out bed under although space is limited here. The family bathroom has an overhead shower on the bath. There are uninterrupted views of the sea from the double room. the private, enclosed garden is paved and planted with shrubs and there is garden furniture.
